Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select.

  • Your payment details are stored securely
  • You will be charged for each delivery (unless prepaid)
  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the cycle

  • You can cancel or modify at any time
  • Access your subscription through the link in your order confirmation email

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product that is:

  • Currently out of stock, or
  • Not yet released

Payment conditions may include:

  • No charge at checkout
  • Partial deposit
  • Full payment charged later upon fulfillment

Cancellation terms:

  • You can cancel before fulfillment (if not fully processed)
  • Once fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible

💰 However, you may request a full or partial refund according to our Returns Policy.


TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

With Try Before You Buy:

  • Your payment method is authorized (not charged) before shipping
  • You have a limited time to decide if you want to keep the item

After the trial period:

  • If the item is not returned, you will be charged the full amount
  • If returned within the allowed time, no charge will be applied
